Is TickerKey free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card is needed. It includes the keyboard, live quotes, AI analysis and daily scans. Pro is optional.
What do I get with Pro?
Unlimited stock scans, custom screeners with your own rules, 20 screen alerts and unlimited open-ended AI questions. See the table above.
Which plan should I choose? (India)
All plans give the same Pro features. Longer plans cost less per month. If you trade every week, the 12-month plan costs about ₹625 a month instead of ₹999. If you want to try Pro first, start with the 1-month plan.
Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card, so you can use TickerKey for as long as you like before you choose Pro.
How do I subscribe?
Tap Get Pro on this page and sign in with the account you use in the TickerKey app. You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page, and Pro turns on in the app on the same account, usually within a minute.
Do longer plans renew automatically? (India)
Yes. Each plan renews for the same length and price at the end of its period, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Manage subscription, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Open Manage subscription to change your plan. A change to a longer plan takes effect at once: we charge the new plan's price minus a credit for the unused part of your current period. A change to a shorter plan takes effect when your paid period ends. You can change only to a plan in the same currency. To change currency, cancel, and buy the new plan after your paid period ends.
Does Pro work on all my devices?
Pro belongs to your TickerKey account, not to one phone. Sign in with the same account on each device.
How do I cancel?
  • Bought on this website: open Manage subscription, sign in, and choose Cancel. Or write to support@tickerkey.com.
  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TickerKey → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TickerKey → Cancel.

Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account goes back to Free.

Can I get a refund?
  • Bought on this website: we do not give refunds, except where the law requires one. We do not refund part of a period when you cancel. Write to support@tickerkey.com.
  • Bought in the App Store or Google Play: Apple and Google handle refunds. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's refund request page. If you need help, write to support@tickerkey.com.
What happens to my screeners and alerts if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Items above the Free limits pause. They start again when you return to Pro.
What does "fair use" mean for unlimited AI questions?
Ask as many questions as you need for your own investing. We may slow down automated or bulk use that affects other users.
Do prices include tax?
On the website, US sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Outside the US, you can pay in your own currency at Stripe's exchange rate; Stripe adds a 2 to 4% conversion fee. In India, the rupee plans include all taxes. In the App Store and Google Play, the price you see includes local taxes where they apply.
Will the price change?
If we change the price, we tell you before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.
